Why should you care?
A lot of agency tasks feel like they should be automated, and you could probably vibe-code a quick fix. I want to take those same problems and turn them into production-ready solutions you don’t have to maintain.
I’m actively looking for problems to solve now, and early conversations will have the most influence on what gets built + free early access.
Who am I?
I'm Brandon, a full stack developer (check out my Linkedin here), I'm looking for some problems to solve in the website agency space.
Ideally, looking for agencies that serve small to medium-sized businesses and have an ongoing relationship with them (hosting, SEO, etc.).
My goal isn't to replace your entire tech stack (for now), but rather build a nice toolbox (things like reporting, content collection, client requests, QA, etc.) for agencies to save time, reduce churn and get more clients.
Here are a few ideas I've been exploring based on early conversations:
- Client Portals: White label portals for clients to view analytics, form submissions, online review, submit tickets and have other tools (like a QR code generator)
- Client Onboarding: A white label onboarding flow to upload information about business and upload images + a scraper to scrape the existing prospects website for assets
- Website QA Scanner: A quick website scan to check for commonly missed items, for example, dead links, 404 pages, placeholder content, missing labels, inconsistent contact information, slow pages, etc.
- Website Audit Lead Magnet: A tool to create a report that can be used to send to clients to explain why their current website is not great
- Google Business Profile / Reviews Management: A centralized tool to manage (monitor/update) multiple Google business profiles and get alerts on bad reviews
